Just listen ...I have no doubt you can do it Sarah. Just listen to your body and take it easy if you need to. As for not doing anything for two weeks, most athletes are advised to rest leading up to a big event. Dylan does NOTHING in the week leading up to a big triathlon. It ensures your muscles are in peak condition, no injuries and you are well rested to allow the adrenaline help kick start your already primed muscles!
